Are my page's fans automatically subscribed?
Facebook doesn't allow to automatically subscribe people liking your page to your botletter. Even if they are already fans of your page, they will have to subscribe using the opt-in we send in Messenger. | However, if your audience tends to message your page often, you can send the opt-in to everyone that currently has an open conversation with your Page.
Can I import subscribers from another service like Manychat?
There is no direct way to do import subscribers from another service. What is the recommended format for card images?
According to Facebook's API documentation: "photos in the generic template that aren't 1.91:1 will be scaled or cropped" (with a minimum size of 476x249 pixels). The maximum size of your uploaded images is 3.5MB.
Can my subscribers unsubscribe at any time?
Every subscriber can unsubscribe using the hamburger menu at the bottom left of the Messenger window. They just have to click on "Newsletter Settings" and "Unsubscribe". Can I export my subscribers?
With Botletter, we allow you to export all your data, according to the GDPR. However, Facebook doesn't allow yet any way to import Messenger subscribers from another service.
How can I deactivate Botletter for my Facebook page?
If you are not quite ready to promote your Facebook Messenger newsletter, no problems, you can deactivate Botletter for one of your pages. Visit the setting tab and click on the "deactivate" button.
How can I delete my Botletter account and remove all the data associated?

How can I remove Botletter's URL in cards?
Facebook automatically displays Botletter's URL in your cards if you allow URL tracking. example In order to show your URL instead of ours, please disable URL tracking in the campaign / sequence settings. If you do so, we won't be able to display statistics about how many people clicked on your buttons. This is the only way to remove "botletter.com" from your card
Can I use Botletter in another language than English?
You can translate everything in Botletter so that all your communications are in any other language. Even non-latin alphabets are supported! If you want to translate your opt-in messages, go to the Settings section and click on "Edit your opt-in messages" (buttons are also editable, click on the title and change it).
